StringWorks have been associated with DCWA for last four years and participated in their annual events which has a footfall of over 5000 visitors and happens every year in December just before Christmas. This includes eminent people from the society such as Ambassadors of different countries and government officials who have admired our products and promoted them in several forums. StringWorks has been very fortunate to have the support and guidance of DCWA members on an ongoing basis.

A fledgeling organization in 1952, DCWA, Delhi Commonwealth Welfare Association, was the brainchild of 36 inspired women who wanted to make a difference and aimed to foster social and cultural activities among the Indian women and those from the Commonwealth countries.

Since then, DCWA has spread its wings to become one of Delhi’s most reputed charity organizations, with a permanent membership of over 300 women and supported by the spouses of 154 international Heads of Missions. A large number of these members volunteer their time, efforts and enthusiasm towards making a change in the lives of those not as privileged.
